Booty Pump Class is a boot camp class designed by Elite Personal Trainer, Brett Ball.

As life hits us all, it brings its own ups and downs, and unfortunately takes up a lot of our free time. That is why we designed this class, in hopes to bring our community back together again through fitness.

Each class is carefully created with the booty in mind, as there are 3 major muscles: the Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius, and the Gluteus Minimus.

It’s my mission to teach each and every one of you how to train your glutes with proper form and technique. I provide a personalized group training experience all while mixing in accountability, and of course some fun.
