If you are looking for a Personal Trainer, look no further than Brett.

Brett is an amazing trainer and coach.  In the first year I was with him he not only got me in the best shape of my life (and I’m 49) he also taught me how to workout properly and make the most efficient use of time and equipment in and out of the gym.  He shows a sincere interest in his clients and goes above and beyond in coaching and training you to be the best you can be. In my past exercise life, I would pay for a gym membership wander in once in a while, look around aimlessly, take a class or two and then end up not going back “donating” my monthly gym fee.

Once my 5th boy went to school l decided to work on my mom muffin. I would like to say in the past 18 months of working with Brett that I have been disciplined and every week going in faithfully 3 to 4 times a week. I have not but have been faithful in working with him twice a week almost every week during that time (with a vacation here or there). I am discovering strength that I did not know I had. I am discovering an enjoyment for the gym that was never there before and I’m noticing every week, new muscles in the mirror.
