When I first started my fitness journey I was so lost with only my goal to be happy and healthy. Little did I know that was going to take me down the path I've gone down.

When I first started training, I was working and training at 24 Hour Fitness, where I ended up meeting my future personal trainer Brett Ball.

I never thought that for five months I would have someone walking me through workouts everyday, helping me fight off crazy cravings, and listening to my waves of emotions from dieting. There wasn’t a single moment that Brett wasn’t by my side helping me with my training and competition.

Now that I have stepped away from that competing lifestyle, Brett is still helping me with any questions or problems I may have. Not every diet or training style works for everyone and he is determined to find what works best for you. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! Thank you B!

With the help of my two coaches Brett and Alyssa also known as “blue marble fitness “ I was able to achieve a transformation I never thought was possible and step on stage with a contest ready physique.
